Saw a Solstice and a Buick...? on the road today.

Yesterday, I saw some car coming at me in opposing traffic. It looked like it was mostly primer and the emblem was missing out of the grille and there appeared to be wires hanging out of the grille. It looked like crap. As it drove past, I realized, I have never seen one of these before. The back had a Buick emblem I caught in my rearview mirror. Didn't have camera with me. I swear it looked exactly like a Buick Velite with a hardtop. Definitely Buick logo as far as I could see. Looked pretty good. Actually kind of reminded me a bit of the last generation Riviera(sp)

Then, this morning, I saw a Gray Solstice with a black convertible top coming towards me. These things may look good in pictures or at an auto show, but in the early morning light, in person on the road they look even better. They look as sporty and fast as anything on the market. even though they are not, they look it. Heck, they should have called this car Fiero. LOL. Between me and the other guy in the car, we had 2 digital cameras and 2 camera phones, and neither of us had time to grab one because of traffic and the Solstice turning.

2 sightings in 2 days, better start keeping the camera more handy. BTW, I live right close to the GM proving grounds, if you were wondering.
