Hayek was a visionary and successful business genius. I post this link soon after his passing.

The west should take pause to revisit his warning and use the truth he so clearly understood.

I have to admit I had no idea who he was. If he was able to successfully beat back the Japanese encroachment into the watch market, perhaps some lessons should be reapplied (if it isn't too late?)

I don't know enough about him to say he was a genius, but he seems a very logical and principled man that had some vision.

I certainly agree with what he said, to bad it runs counter to what the guys who dictate the economy want.
