Not bad. When you take the Impala for what it is, a good honest family sedan like the article said, it's a worthy choice. You even get some sport out of the SS V8 model (so long Altima SE-R
). It's no wonder Chevy consistantly sells 200,000+ of them, not too bad for a "stopgap" car.

Cant be... GM is the worst automaker in the world, and they can never get their stuff together...
They can't do anything right, and they dont even build their cars in america any more...
Edit- lol, i was just at the dealership and the car said it was made 91% in america, and assembled in canada... sweet, talk about staying true to its roots

See it's creeping up from all over the place! Well they can't keep it up as long as GM keeps putting out better product.
Just brought it up to the GF. She said, yeah I seen 2 nice "new" Impala cop cars fly by. I guess they got em' already around here, I haven't seen em' yet. I was telling her, back when I found out about them being V8's, the cops will be switching back to the Impala's again! Especially with the DoD, how could they not considering the savings in fuel consumption. And what, with GM's long standing tradition of reliability!

Where do you think the current car is made. The Oshawa plant is one of the best factories in north America anyways.
