I have to admit, I am somewhat disappointed in the look of the black... I thought it would be one of the best looking colors on the C6, but I was not impressed.

On the other hand, I think the yellow looks better than I thought it would... and I thought I would not like yellow on this car...


Still gotta get used to those headlamps though...

 

I love the Yellow, I'll take mine with the glass roof and Z51 package please.

 

If only the headlamps were the only problem with the C6....

Between the Geo Storm inspired door handles, tasteless dash design and 1984 "retro" rump, this car is the worst Corvette I've ever seen.

Tom Peters should have been fired after the Aztec - not given the opportunity to ruin the Corvette.

 

Newsflash! Redzed doesn't like a GM car! Wow! So atypical!

Seriously, is it all it could have been? No. Is it enough to get my check, providing the Z06 is 500HP and under $60K? You bet!

 

C6 + yellow =

 

Meh...pics of the C6 do nothing for me. Seeing it in person didn't do much for me either like I thought it would. I would love to own one for sure, but I wouldn't throw down $48K for a new C6 over a new Z06 for about the same price. The C5 is definately my all-time favorite Vette bodystyle still.

Is it just by coincidence that the Yellow C6 is parked in front of McDonalds?

 

the C6 has definitely grown on me since I first saw the mules. it does have cleaner crisper lines than the C5 which looks classic, but is begining to look soft next to the C6.

 

The only color I like the C6 in is black. It would normally be red, but black hides those weird headlights. The C5 still looks better. This new car is just OK IMO.

 

Really dont care for the headlamps on the yellow one. Are they painted on the inside of the lamp or what?

 

Ya, the inside 'pocket' that holds the lamps is body color, and then there is a clear shell over top...

 

Does anyone else besides me absolutely HATE the back of the c6? It looks cheap and unfinished.

 

I am not a fan of the dark grey plastic piece that the 3rd brake light is in... I think it would do wonders if it were ruby colored, like what Cadillac si doing with their larger 3rd brake lights...

Other than that, I am actually OK with the back end.

 

Thats the only part of the car I don't like. Its too much like a C4 to me. I like the rear fenders....just not the back....
