Having the Vette pace Indy is better than having a Bravada. I think Dodge was going to run a Stealth back in 1992, but decided against it since it wasn't built in America. The Viper concept paced it that year.

 

well, GM just released ron fellows from driver duty of the #3 corvette c6-r. I wonder what that means for this car.

They didn't release him. He'll only be driving at the big endurace races and at Mosport. He is still on the team and with GM.

 

they are still pretty much calling it a "release". Ron will race two endurance events and ther grand prix of mosport, but thats it ...he is now looking for a ride else where, and its possibly going to be a nascar ride.

Ron is doing three enduros + mosport. And he will be at every ALMS race as a consultant. The story was on the alms website.

The nascar bit is true though.
