Hmmm. It's OK for what it is IMO. I don't like the current "Impala" circular taillights though. And I don't know why but when I look at it just from the side, it looks a little bit like the current M*stang without the scoop. I like the return of fender flares and angular lines/looks to Chevy. The new design SS emblem is pretty nice. (although I don't want to see it on the top 5th Gen Camaro ) I still don't like the bar though, painted body color or not. I'd like to see it with just the Chevy symbol in the grill with no bar (except maybe an unnoticable black one not so big if it had to be there) and different taillights. Black inside the headlights like the GTO instead of that silver would probably look better too.

LMAO!!

That cracks me up. I guess no one ever figured that car from so many months ago was going to be the caviler replacement.

WOW looks great, THe 4 circular tail lights look good. It'd done a lot better than the Impala, THis car should be a winner.

SO are powertrains going to be:

145HP 2.2L Ecotec
170HP 2.4L Ecotec
205HP 2.0L S/C Ecotec

looks great in the pic, kind of a Honda Civic meets Toyota Celica. But I just HOPE that the real thing looks as good as the pic......We've been let down before.

So far, so good!

I think that looks great!!

If build quality is in line, this could be a VERY VERY significant car for Chevrolet, and GM.

Looks good. THe important thing here is conservative but fun styling. The idea is just not to deter potential buyers with subjective or polarizing styling. Let the cars price, reliability and quality do the talking not the style. GM maybe finally learning this.

To me the style of the new Malibu is a bit polarizing and subjective it right away makes people like it or not before they try to sit in it or drive it.

what's wrong with that? definitely beats current non-honda cavalier look.

I think it looks really good for a small car. I can't wait to see the real SS pics.

Though everyone who's seen the car comment on how great it looks, I'll wait till I see it in person.

The Malibu also looked awesome in drawings, but in person it was pretty dissapointing to me.
