Is that appealing to anyone???
I said I liked it. I was just disappointed that the TT lost the graceful look it had. It was a classic design. I've never seen any car use curves like the old TT did.

Although I think we all tend to not like anything that isn't RWD, V8 powered, or Chevy made in this forum.

The old TT was beautiful but I think for its image and price it was just plain underpowered. A 1.8T engine just isn't enough in that vehicle.
Had they managed to wedge one of their 2.7 twin turbo engines in it I think they would have been more accepted in the enthusiest crowed.

Quattro isn't bad though.

I meant specifically the grille... not really the overall car...

I also liked the old (current) TT to a point. I thought it was something sort of different, though reminisant of the new VW Bug... a little too 'cute' for me, but I still thought it was a nice looking car.

Man as much as i wanna like it, i really cant stand that new front end of the newer Audis that will be coming out. the old TT wasnt bad looking but now this new look looks more luxorious than sporty. what is up with Audi and BMW styling lately??

The current TT was able to distinguish itself from the other Audi's, but this one looks like your run of the mill Audi. Looks ok, but the more these import brands try to change there style, the more people are saying that they look ugly. I say yeeeeehaaaaaa!!! Now it's time for Caddy to come and kick some a$$ and regain the #1 spot and stay there!!!

I really don't think they will be sticking such front ends...

A case in point - the new A8, it doesn't make sense NOT to incorporate that ugly grill into it if that's their direction

Besides, who says that it is TT? Maybe it's some sort of crazy A1, A2, or A3?

The car in this link looks a lot like the picture Edmunds has up of the upcomming A4 coupe.

A 2.7 TT would surely be awesome. However, there is huge aftermarket for these 1.8 litre turbo 4 engines. Or, BI should say, it is possible to squeeze out a lot of juice out of those engines. 300+ HP is not unheard of.

The way they came from the factory WAS lame - underpowered no matter how you look at it, using the same engine as VW Jetta/Golf... c'mon, but charging twice the price of those cars?

Don't know what you mean, but the new Audi A8 has beautiful front end, including the grille. Here's a pic of it: http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/..._audi_01_l.jpg

The direction of new Audis is what you see in the above pic. This locomotive front end seen in some pictures I"m sure is just some designer/photoshop guru playing around with the wrong ideas in his mind.

Looks great to me. I would probably choose this over a C6 if they give the TT more power than it has now.

I love Audi's but I can't stand that grill. Looks too much like an Alfa Romeo.

I am not sure but this might even be a picture of the Audi Nuvolari concept. Here is a link of pictures of the concept, see what you think.
