That's a terrible re-fitting of a fiberglass front end of a Cobra Kit car from Factory Five Racing onto a '99-up Mustang body.

It looks like a science experiment gone awry.

looks like crap, the front doesn't match the back.

 

That is not the next gen Mustang. A close look shows that it's some custom job. Someone took the front of an AC Cobra and mated it to a 99+ Mustang.
