The RS does have a much better looking spoiler than the SS though.

They could keep the 'graphics'. I don't care for stickers all over my vehicle.

EDIT-I take that back about the spoiler. I guess it's not really included with the 'RS Package'. I don't really know the Cobalt. I'll revise that to say - The pic of the RS on that site has a much better looking spoiler than the SS does.

 

You can sure get a lot of nothing for 250$.

 

I live in the Detroit area, but my fiancee is from Shelbyville and we were down there visiting her family.

 

Ahhhh, I see; I bet it's a culture shock for her. (Small -> Big City).

I moved my wife from Chicago to Shelbyville...

 

Actually for $250 you could turn any car into a rallysport.

 

Hehe... She lived in downtown Indy for a few years, so the big city shock wasn't there. She doesn't like the Detroit area much though. Can't say I blame her.

 

That's the spoiler I have on my Cobalt LS. I like it better than the SS/SC spoiler, too. But I'd still much rather have an SS/SC

 

Too bad it isn't a real package with different body kit, unique spoiler or wing, and unique wheels. Guess it would be too expensive then.

 

So is this RS going to get bigger wheels? I wouldn't care if it was an apperence package as long as you could get 18"s and some other nice looking parts on a 2.2L Cobalt.

 

It appears from that site that the RS package is merely a Sticker Package... That's a lot of $ for some ugly stickers on your car.

To me RS should be a GFX/Spoiler/Wheels package.

 

The one advertised had chrome wheels and other goodies as part of the package. I don't believe that the one listed above, and the one I saw on the TV ad were the same.

 

OK, heard the ad again tonight. The package add's chrome 16's, ground effects and a spoiler. Said the RS package would come in around 16K. Unfortunately I was on the comp, listening to the Chi Sox through the receiver.
