i would say it's definitely not the size of a Cobalt. it's got to be smaller. I'm betting it's a lifted Deawoo, name and everything. the Aveo for US market was actually the same car but modified to a larger extent.

Does that replace the Aveo or Cobalt in Canada? It looks more Cobalt in size from those pics.

I realize we tend to buy smaller, cheaper cars up here in the Great White North, but I think the General's definitely going overkill.
I am wondering if GM is offering Daewoo/Suzuki vehicles in Canada just because of the partnership they signed, maybe allowing other GM vehicles to be marketed in certain Asian countries.
This makes very little sense to me (selling these rebadged DAT in Canada). They are not so handsome looking. GM is simply flooding the market with inferior products.
Aveo is OK, but lacking in its finish. LIke everything 90's from GM - it is course, roughly executed vehicle. Compare to current Toyota Echo, specifically the 5-door hatchback - although it's tiny and not everyone's cup of tea, its style and design is certainly elegant and petite, reminds me of european Renault. Plus, Toyota has quality behind it. Watch these Daewoos and Aveos in 3 to 4 year's time - rattling, squeeking, thinks coming loose.
