New Buick Park Avenue for China

Ok so China gets this amazing new car and Australia and Europe/Middle East have the Commodore/Caprice and such and yet we have nothing like these yet. Seriously why can't they try and bring this stuff in sooner? http://www.gminsidenews.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=47787

Is that what they are going for? Didn't see that in their, but hell badge it as a Cadillac and put it against BMW, MB, and Lexus...its definately up in those ranks. Its between 40k and 60k fully optioned out. And for that much in that car yea thats reasonable for sure!

Well, we are getting the VE Commodore here as the G8, assuming things are still on track (recent Lutzspeak notwithstanding)...

Man that is a sweet car.
I really think the bean counters at GM do realize people have the internet now. and seeing cars like this that you cannot buy here but crap fest that are sold here. Thats why Toyota is raking up the sales. This would be an Avalon contender hands down.

I was just throwing that out there. It will likely be over $60K but maybe not $70k. The 4 cylinder Lacrosse costs about $40k.

They converted the price which was 40k base and 60k topped out...which is honestly a deal for that car. Fold out rear tray? Controls on the arm rest in the back? Thats unheard of for a car at this price! Thats features you get in Maybachs, Bentleys, Rolls Royces...thats what will start to sell these cars. Give them what others can't/won't at that price. Small cars don't have much room for profit. Go after the average middle class community. Those who will spend up to 50k on a car and want it as loaded as possible.
