New "Blue Devil" pics.
The "open" spot in the hood is actually looks like a clear cover, you can see reflections on it. I truly hope this is an autoshow only feature as it would look all right on a rear engined Ferrari, but it looks totally out of place on the hood of a Corvette.
Id prefer a traditional shaker hood but i think this is pretty cool. Dont have to worry about water leakage as much.
still looks like reflections to me, and im not a huge fan of that, but we will see. but i DO like the huge front fender flairs, and the new vents behind the front wheels, but what i dont get it the otherwise lack of vents, and no spoiler. Although i have heard something special happens at like 70, and 170mph, so maybe its a flip up spoiler like the carrera gt or something.

I'm not talking about all of the objects you can see, but rather the white glare from the flash/lights. Whatever it is, it looks cheesy as hell and very rice. The rest of the car looks great and I hope they don't spoil it with this feature. Looking through the hood to see a plastic engine cover is not the same as looking through the rear hatch of a Ferrari and seeing the actual intake plenums.

Definately a guy w/ a camera phone.
