Exclamation NCM Has Acquired 70+ Acres for a Motorplex Park in Bowling Green, KY

Additional Acreage Obtained for Educational Motorplex Park!

We have acquired 70 plus acres to be used for the development of an Educational Motorplex Park to be located across the interstate from the Museum.

The Motorplex Park will offer a ¼ mile drag strip, 1.5 mile road track and an autocross/skid pad area. The Motorplex Park will be available for rent to Corvette Clubs for their educational and competitive use and will be an educational facet during NCM events.

Conceptual plans and more information will be announced in August.

I got this in a email a couple of weeks ago......Sounds pretty exciting, especially if we start having events down there again.

It may go a long way to eliminate their including Beach Bend who seem to have a distinct apathy for making events at the museum successful and nice experiences for enthusiasts, IMO.
