I will be there, probably one night during the week.

Chances of a concept GTO being there are probably 0.0000001%.

Ok Lloyd Christmas.

Seriously, at this time last year we all knew the Camaro Concept was coming. Heck, we may have had those embargoed pictures by now. There is no buzz here or anywhere else about anything happening at NAIAS this time around.

i don't know about anyone of the people here with contacts inside...
but the only reason I knew about the Camaro Concept coming was because of the leaked clay model pictures.... and i'm sure i'm in the majority

so nothing about the GTO was leaked... doesnt mean it won't happen

but i agree it's a long shot.. very slim chance.. though i wouldnt put it at 1 in 10 million.. more like 1 in 1 thousand.. and that's my irrational optimism talking

Didn't Guy mention that in Aussieland there's a Clay almost complete that would catch our interest GTO wise? Of course that doesn't mean that it will make it to NAIAS. Just interesting nonetheless.

I'm not making any more GTO comments here because short of posting pictures of the car on the showroom floor (and even then that won't work), there's going to be severe disagreement. So I'm just going to stand back for awhile, and let the freight train pass through, let things play out a bit, before I get back and start talking about it again.

As for knowing about Camaro this time last year, the only reason we knew about it was because somehow pictures belonging to General Motors found their way to the internet. If it wasn't for that, the only clue we'd have would be Scott sending out invitations for us to show up at NAIAS.

If nothing else, GM takes their security very, very seriously. Everytime something is leaked from inside, they take steps to make sure it doesn't happen again, addressing the way the leak occured and making an example out of someone.

Just because there isn't "spy pictures" or "leaked photos" ahead of time doesn't mean something isn't going to be shown on the auto show circuit.

There are clays in alot of places, of alot of things - most of them however, never see the light of day.

Count me in for attending, as I do every year Anyone hear any more info on the planned expansion of COBO? More room for NAIAS if approved!
