I'd like to see a different hood...something speficic to the Trans Am and the stripe down the middle is "too" Camaro.

Other than than that...I love it!

Re: My Take on a Future T/A

damn! That looks great.

Throw in a shaker hood--or a 69 Trans Am hood.

Show a rear pic with some diferent qaurter panels/tail lights

I'd almost kill to buy a gen 5 Firebird Formula

I figured the hood would get more harsh reactions..

Re: My Take on a Future T/A

Give it a shaker hood and put the vents in the front 1/4s.

edit: Doh, I guess it does have the vents in the 1/4... missed that looking at it the first time 'round.

What if you revised the grilles so it is more Pontiac, that is a honeycomb pattern instead of horizontal bars.

Yea, a shaker hood and smaller fog light grille openings would be good.

But really, that looks pretty dang good. I give it a thumbs up.

I'd like to see it in black with a shaker and t-tops.

Not bad...
I remember the early '70s Ram Air Firebirds, as well as the '69 T/A's, like white with dual blue stripes I believe...I'll see if I can dig up a pic.

I like it. Maybe tweek the body a little bit more to distance it from the Camaro visually.

If a new Trans Am does come out, I'd like to see it be an evolution of the LS1 WS6. One of the best looking muscle cars ever IMO.

Looks better than the Camaro, but its not gonna happen. Firebird is dead, as is the Formula and Trans Am.

Re: My Take on a Future T/A

the firebird is plain beautiful. it could be easy to encorporate the '69 style front end into a new concept. that back end looks perfect on that car, but the grille says nothing to me about pontiac or firebird. good draft though. too bad gm will never even think about building another firebird.
