lOOKING FOR PICS OF THE NEW GTO?

In taking the guy's words into account, it would help to remember that the Camaro started over in design just about a year ago, and took about 6 months to finish, since the hardpoints were already set.
Another item to consider is that the guy was reassigned from the project well over a year ago if I remember.
Also, if it's the same person I'm thinking of (admittedly, I might have them mixed up), was the key source of the long timeline "next decade" rumors of the Camaro & GTO, and pretty is down on GM doing anything in less than 5 years, even though he works for the company.

I still don't know what to think about all this. I'd like to think the GTO is back on, and Lutz's assurances are certainly helpful. At the same time there's a deafening silence when it comes to future products for Pontiac.

Lutz's comments were the only sign of life regarding the GTO, as far as I'm concerned. If we remember, he also had similar comments on the BelAir, Nomad, Velite and Torana however.
Frankly, I think he was getting out ahead of the pack with those GTO comments, trying to stir excitement.
And I do not fault him one bit for it.
But, at this moment...I see no signs of Pontiac getting any Zetas, anytime soon.

Oh come on Stefan. By "trainwreck" do you mean debate? This a discussion forum dude. We're not just mindlessly reading a manifesto.

Sarcasm….. Charlie…… Sarcasm……

I’m all for debates/discussions……I just see where a lot of them will go before they even get there….
However I stick around because the other 50% of threads intellectually supply me with a lot of great info…..
