I like it. The wing may not be for me, but the car looks good.

Cuz the took a spoiler of a 40 year old car and but it on a new Charger.
Would You like some 15" wheels to go with your 40 year old spoiler?
You said it! May as well put 15"s on it. The 235 width tires will be lucky to get that beast to .78 on the skid pad. One step forward, two steps back. Oh yea.. the spoiler is junk as well.

1. It's still looks like a goddamn Ram, and those bright colors aren't going to help.

2. Gee, wasn't there a thread on here a week ago about Chrysler defending this monstrousity by saying "this is a totally new car" and wasn't done in an effort to "bring back the original Charger".

DCX needs to get their goddamn story straight, then ball it up and throw it away.

Re: Limited edition Chargers

That car is an ugly pig IMO - no matter what color it comes in. I would rather have an LS2 powered GTO anyday over one of those Chargers. I love the marketing angle they are doing with the retro colors and NASCAR etc, but the styling of that Charger is beyond bad IMO. I like the Magnum wagon better as a design than that so-called "Charger" - yuk!

Re: Limited edition Chargers

So, if the Charger is getting special models like the Mustang has, when does the General Lee Edition come out?

Thumbs up Re: Limited edition Chargers

Take 2 doors off the damn thing and I'd buy one. And instead of that tacky looking wing, give me the gigantic Daytona wing and a huge pointy nose.

Hell yeah....I'll take 2.

Re: Limited edition Chargers

It's depressing really. I'd actually dig this thing if it just was a freakin two door like it should be. It's just too big and bloated looking as a four door. They were smoking crack with all that talk that it would be a 4 door but look like a standard two door. The thing looks huge... Screw them and their 4 door crap.

I'd get a GTO way before I'd buy this "Charger", and I actually want to like the Charger for crying out loud. I was really looking forward to it. Now it's just like a big fat slap in the face....

Re: Limited edition Chargers

Dodge needs an undo button for the charger, just undo building this car period. This option or whatever you want to call it does not help the fact that it is STILL UGLY AS SIN.

I will bet you that it will come in way over .78.

Its clearly a moderen muscle car. Just because of that fact it does not have to have 2 doors. You know, at one time camaros and firebirds did not have a hatchback. Did that make 3rd and 4th gens evil and not really fbodies?

Wink Re: Limited edition Chargers

I wonder what the SRT-4 wing would look like on this Daytona...

Re: Limited edition Chargers

marketing folks run a muck yet again...this car is very confused.

What remains of the Mopar faithfull deserve better than this.

True, but .88 will be a joke on an R/T.

Anyone know what the 300C is capable of?

Re: Limited edition Chargers

Not bad. I like the Charger just fine. For this particular edition, I would drop the wing, go with an all black hood, and extend the side decal to look more like the old Cuda striping. I think that would visually lengthen the car a little bit. A subtle ducktail or M3 style spoiler might look better, but I'm still partial to spoiler-less decklids in general.

There is an orange Magnum on a Dodge lot nearby with a black hood and roof, with aftermarket 20s (I think) that looks sharp.

Re: Limited edition Chargers

I'm undecided on whether or not I like the look.

It does look "big" though, anyone know the weight on it?
