is there any rear views of the second Camaro concept that Kris created you know the one published by Popular HotRodding (Red with Black Stripes) it is absolutly perfect and i would like to see what the rear would look like.. if anyone has answers and or pictures i would appreciate it

 

I think the reason there is no back is because no insiders have described the back to us. I'm hoping the front is a mystery too because I found it lacking an aggressive look in the concept in PHR.

 

I asked Red Planet about this rendering at the Bowling Green Camaro Summit, and his answer was.............................."not even close".......so who knows?!?!?

 

That model shown in PHR wasn't actually created by Kris Horton - yes the 3d rendering is his, but it is actually based on, no, make that, it's a fleshed out version of artwork done by Crispey2K over at Cheers and Gears. (what follows is background info - condensed - for those who didn't follow the original threads:-)

Crispey's design was based on input from "insiders" leaked by Evok, another C&G board member; as opposed to what someone felt the car should look like and just banged one out for the heck of it. Kris merely gave a 2d drawing life... (I say merely, but anyone who has used any 3d software knows that there's a lot of work involved in making something look real. Kris does nice work, no doubt about it.)

The first concepts shown by PHR done by Kris Horton were his take entirely on a possible Camaro and not based on any "real info" about the elusive 5th gen.
