I wonder if he's looking at another car company to leverage and take over.

MGM temporarily.

I wonder how long it will take for him to sink into Ford? And if he doesn't, what does that say for Ford??

Good riddance. He was a cancer to GM.

He was only there to make money. There's no problem with making money, but if the method by which you make money involves ruining a ompany like GM, then it becomes a problem. Kerkorian had no concern for GM's future as a company, only what profit he could make from the stock price.

Yeah woohoo. There aught to be a freaking litmus test, for working in the car business, in any capacity! If you are devoid of any kind of car passion, your out the damn door!

I was watching CNN earlier and it threw out a figure of about $100 million. But he had to sink a lot of money into it to get that much out of it.

I was at a restautant having lunchand it was on. But are you saying that there is some sort of bias in just reporting that he made $100 million? I take all media outlet claims with a grain of salt and I know there will always be some sort of bias, but as far as reporting what is going on, I find most news channels to be pretty much the same. Different biases sure, but you always have to sift through the BS to get the real story, no matter what the source.

Hmmm, so Bank of America and Kerkorian have a strong working relationship...

One more reason for me to bank elsewhere, not that I needed one.
