Geez, you know it's bad when 20's look normal size on a car.

20's on a CAPRICE look huge. Yet they look perfectly normal on the LX cars...

That thing does look pretty mean in black with those wheels though.

Re: Just thought this looked cool....

Ive never liked wheels bigger than 18" on cars, until the LX cars came out. Damn do they look good with tasteful 20s, or even some 22s.

Not that I would do it.

Anyone have pics of a Magnum or 300C on Draglites???

Theres something about that, that just doesn't look right, can't figure out what it is though. The wheels are proportionate, and the lowering looks good, but something about it....

BTW, why did he only go down to xx1/8th in on one rear wheel and xx1/4th inch on the other rear wheel?

Re: Just thought this looked cool....

I've been seeing alot of 300/Magnums with 20" wheels.

This summer at a local cruise night, there was a young guy, (maybe early 20's....if that), who looked like he should be driving a Cavalier or Escort. He had bought a silver base 2.7L 300....for probably under 22K. He added 20" wheels and lowered it.

Maybe his 2.7 wasn't very fast.....but for under $25K...had a pretty cool ride. Much cooler than an Escort.

Re: Just thought this looked cool....

There is an undertaker/mortuary owner here in Dallas that bought a black Magnum from Prestige Dodge. He says it fits right in with the Hearse at work .

There is a dealer that has 10 or so 300's equpied with billiet grill, 20 or 22 inch rims, and cloth top. A little cheesey if you ask me.

Re: Just thought this looked cool....

I was thinking the Magnums might make cool hearse's... I gotta admit, that car looks very clean and very nice. Dare I say it has class... I'd drive it happily.

I cant wait till we see one of these that's been tubbed and dropped to a true "low rider" status.

I also think it'd be great to see them cover the top half of the rear wheel well (photochop anyone?) just because they do have a really nice set of lines to them. I think they'd make good looking low-riders.
