that sure is a gold car. Looks nice, are you going to keep it stock? I'd love to have a 1st gen with an LS1 and some modern 18" rims, I don't know how hard it is to do an LS1 swap into a first or 2nd Gen but I have heard it has been done.

have fun with your new ride.

OMG! That is soooo gorgeous!!! Guess you can tell I'm a chick, huh?! I have thought about buying a 1st gen. Camaro for a long time. Did you buy yours in that showroom condition or did you work on it? Where does one begin to look? I'm not going to be nosy and ask you exactly what you paid, but was it over/under $20k? Oh to dream ... to find one that looks like yours. I know that those cars are lacking in many "creature comforts" and safety items in today's cars, but I think they were the best-looking generation ever. My mechanic used to have a '70 Stang that he loaned to his good customers ... that thing was a bear to drive in rush hour! But to have a weekend car like yours ... sigh ...

Nice. I'm thinking about a late 60's Mustang or Camaro. I might go with the mustang, but like the looks of the 1st gen Camaro better.
