Ive only seen 1 drawling of it and I dunno if it was the right one or not. So if you have a pic of it will u post it in here.

I thought they have pictures of it cause i seen alot of links but they didnt work. Ive always wanted a new camaro and around that time i should be able to get 1.

SpdFrk1990 02-23-2004 10:31 AM

Also i didnt mean it had to be a pic of an actual car a drawling would even be fine.

If it is released for the expected model year (2007) than you won't see much of anything for a while. Any picture or drawing you see now is done by an amature and is only a reflection on what they'd like to see in a new Camaro.

The best and maybe closest representation to what GM may be considering is posted under the topic "Gongos Survey"

http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...ghlight=survey

That said, what's been described there may only be one possible direction that GM is looking at taking. The more reliable info now is engineering info....(shortened Zeta architecture, LS2 engine, IRS).

If I had to give a best guess (based on Mustang and Corvette info) I'd say you won't see anything till mid-late 2005.

Thanx and late 2005 or 2006 would be prefect time for me. Ill sell both my cars and whatever else if i have to lol.

My friend, you HAVE NOT seen any links that have the actual picture of the next Camaro. What you have seen are countless photoshopped pictures from countless people (some actually possesing fantastic computer skills) and their idea of what the next Camaro looks like. This includes magazine pictures & drawings.

As Joe pointed out, you won't see anyone post a picture of the next Camaro on this site or anywhere else in the immediate future unless GM authorizes it, or it's snapped undergoing tests by Brenda Priddy or one of the other spy photographers, which won't happen till the vehicle gets within a year or so before production.

Automakers keep viewings of their upcoming cars (let alone pictures of them) top secret, and control them closely. 15 years ago, someone sold pictures of the upcoming Camaro & what was then going to be a Corvette, and he was not only terminated, he also had alot of very serious CRIMINAL CHARGES  brought against him. Today, security around future car designs is guarded as if it was national security.

Colbalt, Corvette, & Mustang are perfect examples of cars that got their 1st public glimpse only months before their unveiling.

I hate to burst your bubble my friend, but you'll probally be better off asking for actual pictures of Bigfoot, Martians, or recently taken pictures of Elvis.

Try again in 2006. :(

I didnt say i seen any links of the actual car my friend.

No problema. It's just that in your opening line you said:

"Ive only seen 1 drawling of it and I dunno if it was the right one or not."
and:

"I thought they have pictures of it cause i seen alot of links but they didnt work."
Sorry If I mis-read your meaning when you wrote that. ;)

BTW: Joe was refering to the 1st possible photos of the next Camaro when he said late 2005 or 2006, so you have extra time to sell both your cars. :)

The earliest the next Camaro will be out is the end of 2006 or sometime during 2007.

Its cool i guess instead of pictures i should of said drawlings.

Z28Wilson 02-23-2004 12:05 PM

This is the concept you are probably referring to, and have probably seen many other places:

It's been talked about many times here.

Guion,

I have a Unigraphics 3D math model of Bigfoot. No idea where they're gonna put the cupholders though...

How's that for a visual?
