That really is gorgeous. Assuming they price it at 19,000 or near that (like I seem to remember them saying...) -- this thing should be a hit. That style...and 40+ mpg?!? How can you beat that?

I like the new steering wheel design...also seen in the Volt.

I think it's a good looking car, but I'm not super-excited. It's an economy car. But it looks like it will have an upper edge...let's hope it feels/performs as good as it looks!

I thought that also. A bit misleading.

And too bad this engine isn't getting SIDI yet. If it made the same hp&tq/L as the LNF then it would be capable of 185hp/185tq from a 1.4L

The 1L 3 cylinder version used overseas would almost make the same power as this one.

Its hard to tell from the pic, but the dash material is a sort of corduroy fabric. I think this will look pretty snazzy in person.

19k sounds a bit on the high side. I hope they price it around 15-17k.

Looking good.

The Cruze looks like a miniature G8 - the body shape is very similar. The first pic reminded me of the Torana concept, also.

This thing will be a hit.

The headlights and whole front clip remind me of the new Accord. I guess it's the angular lines and squared-off corners. The Cruze pulls it off better.

I also thought the continuation of the chrome past the rear door completing a "half circle" for the windows was interesting. We'll see how the black plastic section looks in person, but at least it's a break from the typical BMW "curved notch" that's become so popular.

Average transaction price on Cobalt was $14294 last month, so I don't think Cruze, to be positioned above Cobalt, will come in at 15k.
