Holden's AWD system (technical specs)
Ya know, there are times when I really wonder how Holden & GM are the same company.
On another note, it's interesting how many of the items being used on the new V-car and Cadillac's sigma are the same or extremely similar.

Did GM source this technology from Chrysler?? I remember a Jeep/Chrysler "salesman" mentioning that GM was licensing Jeep's Quadradrive system about a year ago and I didn't really thought much about it then.
Regardless, the Quadradrive system on my Grand Cherokee (yikes!! a SUV owner) already does the front/rear split as well as the side-to-side torque split, virtually able to transfer torque to only one wheel if all other 3 looses traction..

The Skyline does that too. So I think a lot of car makers have similar technology.
Edit: After reading through the whole article, it really is a unique system. Cool
