Holden Marketing - (your thoughts ?)

We might as well start with the new Monaro tv Ad.

http://www.holden.com.au//images/sc1...monaro_tvc.mpg

what a stark contrast to GM's redemption campaign.

OMG...that might even be better than the Trans Am commercial of a few years back. OR not...but its still a tight lil commercial.

Is it just me or did GM also do a half azzed job in making the GTO look anywhere different from the Monaro? It looks the EXACT same to me!

I love Holden's marketing! They have ballsy products and compelling ads. I can't really remember the last Chevy ad that didn't make me yawn.

I like the Commodore SS "Corners" Ad where it shows a toddler being pushed in a pram thats turning sharp corners, it then flicks to a guy driving round sharp bends..

Ude you have the .mpg for that one?

Talk about attitude, pretty much says "don't mess with us unless you want to get your a$$ handed to you on a platter."

Damn! I love that car! I wish GM would just import the Monaro rather than give us the "Pontiacified" GTO!

Maybe Holden should also handle GTO's commercials as well as building the car.

Its refined, yet, brutal at the same time. I love it. Gave me goosebumps.

hmmm, I dont see what is so good about it. It was just an "ok" commercial...nothing special. It's far better than the bull**** GM commercials we get here, but it's not as good as the monaro racing commercial.
