LOL, you'll get quite a reputation here on how you treat new cars...

Pacer, you sure you want to check out this dealership?

I don't like it when dealer employees take my cars for "test drives". When my IROC was new...I took it to a local Chevy dealer to have the window regulator replaced under warranty. The technician wasn't aware that I was waiting for my car. About 40min. after I dropped it off, I saw my IROC blasting down the street thru the showroom window.

I stayed very calm. I politely went up to the service manager and said "Excuse me...but I just saw Camaro blasting down the road".

The service manager seemed annoyed at me and rudely told me the tech needed to take it for a test drive. I said,....oh really??.... why the ***k does he need to test drive a window regulator....and to get me my car back immediately!

I never, ever went back to that dealer again.

Hmmm, tell me why you need to test drive a car after you wash and wax it? How far away is where you detail a car and where you park it for customer pickup?

Better yet, maybe you should just keep quiet..

In the pictures, I like how the blue looks.. Haven't seen one in real life though..

Man I've heard this one before...

You may want to edit the original post and take out where you work. Otherwise you might end up looking for a job should the guy who just bought that car happens by this website.

Something similar happened to a mechanic out here. Granted he beat the customer's car compared to what you did, however... you never know... some people are funny that way.

When I worked at the dealer, I had some fun every now and then with the used cars...not the new.

New cars are sacred, and should be held that way. Even 4500 is ridiculous IT ISN'T YOURS!
