H3 info

http://www.thecarconnection.com/inde...8&article=7122

What I find interesting about this is that the H3...which is based on the Colorado...will have an I6.

If it fits in the H3, it seems it would fit in the Colorado.

Hmmmm, Colorado regular cab, 4200 I6, 5 speed, ZQ8............

If the I-6 fits, a V8 fits too.
GM keeps showing the turbo i-5, and I really really really hope that it makes production for this car.
Maybe they moved the firewall back more to fit the I-6? Any news when the H3 will hit the car shows?

I was pretty sure it was based on the Trailblazer, and hence the I6.

Nope, it is on the GMT355 platform, which is the Colorado.

Being claimed in the car connection does not necessarily a true statement make.

I thought the same thing, I'm still sceptical. I'd rather have the 5.3L fit than the 4.2L I6

Why would they put in the I6 when the concept at Detroit had the I5? Must be a typo.

I loved the H3 truck at the LA show.

I haven't warmed up to the Colorado styling at all. But with the Dakota virturally a full sized truck, and the Ranger well into it's 2nd decade with barely more than a new grille & interior, Colorado is no doubt the best truck in it's class.

I personaly love the Colorado/Silverado look of the "angry" eye brows. With a some turbo action, it would be an awesome car! And they could probably put it in the Saab 9-7x so that the Saab fanatics can stop compaining about the pushrod V8.

I'd buy one too.

315-350HP Turbo I5 would be a perfect fit for both the Colorado SS and SAAB 9-7x
