That's very true. Not really sweatshops, but defninitely exploitive. Put it this way: the people at Delphi could buy GM cars new and a house, the people at Toyota suppliers like Mitchell Plastics can't and they live in apartments.

You can't run an economy that way. There won't be anyone to buy new cars and the whole thing will fall to pieces.
