Post GM gets a new ad agency

So far the first (Vibe) commercial seems to be much better-produced than all the previous ones, and not centered on financing information. A good first step to getting people to actually like GM cars, instead of GM financing.

There are some cool car commercials out there. But GM has none of them, doh.

Yea I saw that commerical tonight. Honestly I thought it was an ad for the Matrix then I saw the Pontiac front end. I was like "woah." It didnt appeal to me personally, but its definatlly a step in the right direction like you said.

The Cadillac "BreakThrough" videos are great, IMO.

Yeah I've liked those as well, and I saw the Vibe commercial and I had to pitch my self to see if I was dreaming and I had to see it a couple more times to be absolutly sure it was a gm commercial! Whenever the 5th gen comes out hopefully they make a good commercial for that if they ever do....GM still has to brush up on somethings and advertising is def. one of them!

Shoot! Sorry, I'd planned on including the URL to the news release on that one.

The best car commercial out right now is the one for the new Toyota Celica.......the one with it parked on the street, and a dog running after it, then running into the back bumper. That one gets me every time.
