GM employee pricing to all extended
Yawn.
Every single car I've looked at with the GM EPP website has come out anywhere from a little bit to a whole lot more expensive than the promotions they've ran in the recent past - particularly if you assign a value to the alternative potential of money invested when doing 0% financing.

I spoke to the local Pontiac/Buick/GMC dealer about their 2009 G8. They're listed for $31,995 MSRP Canadian. With one option (forget which one, it basically includes sunroof and premium audio), the price goes up to $34,xxx. He said that there are no discounts on the G8, since it's a 2009 model, and even the zero interest rate does not apply. That was no more than 1 week ago.
Today I flip the newspaper, and the G8 WITH the sunroof/audio package is now going for $31,900. Basically, the extra $3000 in packages is already included.
We will be buying a new car before the year's end, I like the G8. We'll see where the discounts get us.
