GM announces CTS-V pricing in Canada

"GM Canada has announced Canadian pricing for the all-new 2004 CTS-V high-performance luxury sedan. The CTS-V will arrive in dealerships beginning in January 2004 priced at $70,000, excluding applicable taxes and freight."

I guess I really didn't need one that badly after all .

A year ago that would have been $44,800. THe Canadian Dollar has gone up a lot in the past year.

Sounds about right in line with estimates.
It's supposed to be about $53,000-ish here.

Hmm, a dilemma.... $70,000 CTS-V or $74,000 Z06?

Awesome cars, both. Z06 is a very good package, CTS-V - I'll wait for the reviews.

Thumbs up

Yeah, that $49,995 figure seems right to me.

Especially since I just saw this:

...2004 CTS-v on Ebay, starting at Sticker price

Evidently a power sunroof is a $1200 option.

EDIT: Just found 2 more.. all from the same dealership that's 20 minutes from me. Dang, if I only had $50k to spare.
