Cool... that's the GT with the L76 right?

Wonder how much faster the GXP will be... it's 'only' around 10-12% more powerful on paper but I can't help but suspect something is up when they only rate the LS3 at ~400hp in the G8 when it's putting out 430+ in the C6...

For some reason I'm thinking the gxp is 400hp because it isn't tuned for premium.....

BTW that car was hauling *****..... I wonder if it was stock. If it was I'm sure with an intake and catback it would run 12's. I'm really excited about what the camaro will do with the LS3!

I have heard that someone has already run a 12.4 in one -- with 500 miles on the clock and a 100 shot of nitrous

Looks like the L76 is sandbagging a little against the LS2, eh?

I have heard from other sources that the LS3 in the GXP will be tuned to use regular gas, hence the loss in HP.

What is the weight difference between the G8 and the GTO? I am pleasantly surprised by that 1/4 mile run Makes my Camaro start to seem slow

Around 200lbs but I guess the a6 and lack of wheel hop more than make up for it.

Dang, that thing is fast stock! I'm going to have to watch out for those. It's a pretty even match for me of those numbers are correct: 13.39@104.7. Dang.

It'd be solidly in the 12s if it weren't so f'in heavy.
