Re: The full 2005 Corvette TV ad

It is, by far, the best commercial ever made!!
Who ever came up with that, you are the man! I wana see that on TV now!!

Im sure it will get bashed on here for reckless driving, poor quality, and the standard "the corvette cant do that".
Sorry, but this is the best commercial that any car company has ever made.

The ad was directed by Guy Ritche (of Madonna boyfriend fame...)

Kinda like that commercial where the kid knows the distinct sound of a red Z28 as it goes by outside...

Absolutely an awesome commercial. Hats off to marketing!

Re: The full 2005 Corvette TV ad

Glad you liked it.

You're right in that we'll take some real heat on the tone of the commercial (irresponsible driving...but do-gooders usually miss the point in the first place)

But......I think the top guys at GM are willing to take that heat.......and I'm glad as H--- that they are!

Interesting.....seems a lot of us have had that dream as we grew up.............

Man that's a killer commercial the car looks so mean at the end when doing doughnuts and coming to a stop and the smoke rushing by the car. Hats of to GM that's a killer commercial. I hope that the next gen camaro would have a advertising program similar to that.
