Looks quite sinister.

 

It looks like one of those fiberglass front ends they put on race cars. I wonder if it is even real? By real, I mean representative of the next Stang.

Looks like IRS underpinnings in some of the rear shots.

 

From certain angles it could pass for a Fusion Coupe, I wonder how the stang faithful feel about the styling. From other angles the proportions don't look right. Also the front wheel overhang is huge. I wonder if this is just some sort of mock up and not the real deal.

 

Looks a lot like the 2010 concept they made as well.

Definitely. The Mustang Giugario was the first thing I thought of when they announced the Evos was going to be one of the inspirations for the next Mustang. To the Wayback Machine, Sherman!

 

This car is promising...

 

I see a lot of the Ford Evos concept.

 

That's my take on it as well, the Guigario car wasn't just Ford letting some Italian guy get his take on the car, Ford was out there gauging reactions and people for the most part have taken well to the Evos styling.


with wage stagnation and a lot of disposable income sucked up Mustang has to appeal to more than a bunch of hardcore Mustang folk. As you guys well know that doesn't create a sustainable environment. Better to take a crap on twenty to thirty thousand nutswingers if its going to bring in four to five times that number in new buyers.
