Edge, Taurus X, and Flex.... aren't we getting a little crossover saturation here?

Ford should drop the Xover bullsh*t nomeclature and call this what it is - a frickin' station wagon. Say it with pride!

IMO, it was one of the stars of this show. The proportions work better in person than in photos, and the paint scheme was perfect. It's fundamentally a damn cool American station wagon.

For some reason I think of Grand Wagoneer when I see it...it does square off in the rear more like a stationwagon or 2wd SUV.
I like the interior, nice, clean and up to date looking.

Ford would call it a station wagon, but then vain yuppies wouldn't buy it.

Chris I know this was at the Ford Preview in Detroit a while back. And I am sure you got a good look at it. Is it as long in person as it looks in pics? This thing looks like it is Limo length.

Hah, yea I suppose I can talk about that part now. No it's not that long. Just add 1.5 inches (in length) to the Outlook and you've got the Fairla....ugh...Flex.

Flexlane?

I think it's closer looking to a Jeep Commander.

Jury's still out on the exterior (I'm not exactly a fan yet). But that interior is awesome!

What is it with Ford and bad names the past few years. "Flex" is not the type of name that gives positive thoughts when applyed to an automobile.

Interior is nice.

The exterior makes me think they cross bred a land rover with a mini.
