The car looked very small a stubby when I saw it at LAIAS. The front end also seemed to loose something ion the translation to production from concept.

Very cool car but needs more HP. The concept had a 275HP S/C 2.7L V6, the production one will have a Merc. 215HP DOHC V6. I think this car should have at least got the 253HP 3.5L V6 from the 300M

It happens to the best of us. What'd it originally spell out?

I wrote a paper on street racing for my writing class, and i put obscenities in there without even knowing. Where it should have said "Stick-shift", it came out "Stick sh*t". I didn't do it ones, but multiple times throughout the whole 7 page paper. Good thing it was only a rough draft with the student critiquing it catching it 1st.

I left the 'e' out of 'rolled' Of course, Branden telling me I misspelled something is pretty much worse than the proverbial pot calling the kettle black, since he is supposed to be some sort semi-professional journalist and has the worst spelling of anyone on the board!

That is good stuff...

I sent an email to my friend recently mentioning how Jaromir Jagr was leading the NHL in shots... I misspelled 'shots'... so I said Jagr is leading the NHL in *****... It was good for a laugh!

The Crossfire is a rebodied version of the old, soon-to-be replaced Mercedes SLK roadster. Oddly enough, this car will in the same price and performance class as the Chevrolet SSR or Thunderbird.

I don't really see the point behind the Crossfire. Sure, you've got the selling point of Mercedes mechanicals, but you don't have the badge. Worse yet, the front-end is styled almost exactly like a Pacifica. This is a really strange product. It has retro details, but what exactly was the inspiration?

In the end, you could buy a Mercedes C230K Sport Coupe with a cool sliding glass roof for $5-7,000 less than this wierd "Chrysler." What's the point behind the Crossfire?
