They have a greater "worth:vehicles sold" ratio. They aren't really worth more, but someone had a deadline for a story so they made this one up.

 

in europe??? cus how could they with the amount of SUV's and trucks GM makes alone..

 

I read somewhere that GM inflates their actual cash reserves by calculating it on the first of the month and paying their debt on the second. Anyway, I would love to see in what context they are talking about.
