FWIW, I've had the Z for 4 years and have never changed the wiper blades or added washer fluid I don't even know if the pump works You can tell what kinds of weather it sees...
My '89 IROC still has the washer fluid factory fill.

My fiance sits there all the time...she's never had a problem. Of course, she's barely 5 foot 5 and a shrimp...that may have something to do with it Also, she knows if she spills something that life as we both know it is over

try it with a buddy or somrthing cause that cupholder is useless with somebody of a decent size in the seat.

Washer fluid's probably still good, tires have been feeling alittle slippery though.

I've only used the fluid once. About 10 years ago I gave it alittle squirt to see if the pump still worked.

Here's one engineering/design thing that bugs me the most. PUTTING THE FREAKEN GAS TANK DOOR ON PASSENGER SIDE! How convenient. Make us go around the car to pump gas. My old sn95 mustang was like that and i hated it. Good thing they put it on driver side on the sn197's.

THat pisses me off, I wish they would just standardize that and put it on the drivers side on every car.

GTO being the exception, because in some countries it is on the drivers side

Thumbs down Re: DUMB vehicle engineering choices...

velcro interior peices to the body why cant you just get a screw and a nice little plug for it...so they dont seperate all the time..by rear panel I mean the one in the back seat area where the speaker is..if you open my door you can see it seperates the velcro cant hold it, I have seen a few more like that too.

I've had some pretty big buddies in the car and have used the cupholder no problem. They just had to move their leg slightly until it was in the full out position so I had room to swing it. You can also use the one in the passenger side door (the Firebirds have it at least, don't remember if my Camaro did).

I actually like it over there. One of the primary gas stations I go to has a one-way pull through. Virtually everybody else's tank door is on the driver's side - mine is on the other side. When its busy, lots and lots of folks sitting in line - I just pull right up.

Besides....walking the extra 10 ft might do us all some good.

Through my experiences, F-bodies are easiest to fog up and hardest to defog cars on the road Especially sucks in winter climates.

Automakers have found that the dipstick causes more problems than it prevents. People don't know how to check the fluid properly and end up overfilling it, which can cause the tranny to fail. Or then don't properly seal the dipstick and the fluid escapes.

More and more automatics are coming from the factory this way. They found it's less hassle and less cost overall to make slushboxes "maintenance free".

The 4T45E on N bodies, J bodies, Delta and Epsilon platform cars is the same way...I hate it I'd like to at least see what the hell my fluid looks like!!!

That reminds me...I can't remember the last time I checked the GP...that's assuming I can anyway!

I had the exact same problem with my car. That happens because the panel warps and then doesn't fit properly. I bougth a decently clean panel from a junkyard and fixed that annoying problem.
