Looks like GM is giving a new Dell computer ($800 retail value) with the purchase of a 2003 Saturn. http://www.saturnfans.com/Company/2003/getadell.shtml
First it was rebates then 0% financing then rebates and 0% financing and now its rebates and 0% financing and a new computer.
I wonder if Dell will be throwing in a new Car with their computers soon.

I totally agree. I mean "Buy A Saturn and get a $800 rebate" doesn't sound nearly as inticing as "Buy a Saturn, get america's best selling computer, FREE" Props to GM/Saturn for thinking of that. I think it will really help sales.
LOL, that's kinda messed up when you gotta give away a computer with every car you sell because people don't want them. I mean aren't they even trying to sell these things on TV shopping channels?!

well if you think about it, its a great marketing ploy, people are like 'oooo new computer' and its only costing saturn $800 bux (Prolly like $400 cuz im sure they cracked a deal with dell) instead of like $4000 rebates that GM is slapping on everything else.
anyways, at least they are selling enough that they didn't get axed. *cough* camaro *cough* lol jk

Im glad to see GM is getting creative in moving Saturns. Saturn has the best service I have ever encountered and for the price they are a good deal. While the Saturn Ion sedan is a little-odd looking and the Saturn LS is selling poorly the Quad-Coupe and Vue are both great vehicles that are selling well.
While my 1994 Z28 looks and drives like new it has over 97,000 miles on it (its my weekend car) so I drive a Quad-Coupe as my dalily driver and my wife drives a Vue. While the Ion interior has received alot of criticism (much of it deserved) I ended up getting the Quad-Coupe with black & gray leather interior and it makes a world of difference - http://www.saturnfans.com/photos/sho...1&thecat=12042

I think The Ion is one of the best looing small cars out there, what I don't like about it is the center mounted instrament panel and the streering wheel. Fix those 2 things and they will sell a lot more
maybe offer some 5 spoke rims too, I'm not a fan of 4 spoke

I agree that the Ion plus-sign 4 spoke 16inch wheels are ugly as sin and im in the process of finding the right set of 5 spoke 17 inch wheels to replace them.
I actually like the center dash and in an odd way I also like the go-cart/bumper-car small steering wheel too, since it makes the car seem more like a go-cart. The Ion QC has to be the most innovative car out for under $20,000 considering it has a CVT tranny, rear suicide doors, a unique electrical LAN wiring system throughout the car and having the battery in the trunk was a cool idea as well.
I didnt need my daily driver to be a racer since I still have my Z28 otherwise I would have waited for the 200hp+ s/c Redline version or figured out a way to convince my wife that I needed a new $35,000 Pontiac GTO.
