Droptop PT Cruiser spy picture.

It's not as big news as a new Mustang photo, but hey, it's a "future vehicle".

When I heard they were making a drop-top version of the PT... I just could not visualize a 'smooth' way to do it... I just couldn't picture a decent looking roof line.

From that pic... I think I was right.

The way the rear just abruptly ends and the top begins....it will make it look like a bathtub with the top down.

That's sure awkward looking. Similar to the Golf convertible, it's tough to make a decent looking fanny.

they need to shorten it a little bit.....the sides and rear are way too high up....time to photoshop what it SHOULD look like :-)

its a rough chop, but if it looked more like that i think it would look alot better....

Its still a PT Cruiser.

Maybe the turbo version will be better, but a friend of mine rented one while we were in Maui and I got a chance to drive it....

... I likened the experience to driving a Jeep mail truck or a golf cart. Yeah the interior looks cool, but its small and cramped and the performance is borderline rediculous. I think I'd rather drive a Neon.
