Yep. It's true.

So is that hot Mitsubishi-DaimlerChrysler turbo 4 that's under the hoods of SRT-4s as well as GT Cruisers and various Chryslers & Mitsubishis in both blown & non blown form.

Dodge Rams are also Mexican, as are VW Beetles, Ford Focus (though I think Ford's soon moving it to a US plant). GM produces 500,000 vehicles per year there for the US & central & South America.

It's also extremely likely that at least one RWD Zeta based vehicle will be built there, and exported to the US & Canada as well as Central & South America.

I know not all Dodge Rams are made in Mexico. They also build them in St. Louis. I think the stripper models are from Mexico? Or is it all Rams w/ the Hemi?

Some Focii are built in Mexico, some in the US. It depends on the body style, but I can't remember which is built where.

Ram and Focus both are also built in Detroit. In fact, they are moving Focus capacity from Mexico to Detroit.
