Cover of Motor Trend Ja.04 issue, C6 is a rendering

No real pics. From the post a couple of weeks ago of the MT cover it looked like they were real but the quality of the cover pic. was poor. Some of the C6 details are wrong in there renderings and they have the wrong front nose on the car. They also did a poor job with the headlights.
Haven't read the article for any new info that hasn't already been posted here yet. Hopefully I'll have time tomorrow.

Motor Trend is going to look mighty stupid when the new Corvette is unveiled in January, and the car on their January cover doesn't look like the car unveiled.

GuionM, you've already made MT look mighty stupid... however they made a mistake of publishing that rendition so close to the launch date where readers can easily remember how off target they were... Maybe GM likes to poke fun after all...

I'm wondering what exactly will the C6 look like when it is unveiled woohoo.. is anyone from here going to NAIAS?

They have a rear angle photo shop in the mag as well. They didn't even bother to change the tail lights from oval to round. Lack of attention to detail...one that has been well known for a while too!

I've been thinking about going, if I do go I'll be driving and its about a 7-hour drive north of here on I-75 so my desision may come down to what the weather is doing.

And their stupid website is screwed up, I get a "1.1 New Session Failed" error.
