I didn't read all of the details. I wonder if it's compact enough to put it on a motorcycle.

I've thought about finding some junked up $500 beetle with no engine to do this. My wife normally only drives about 15-20 miles per day so this would suit her quite well.

Where are you going to put all the batteries?

It's a little big for a two-wheeled vehicle.

If you could live with a brushed (DC) motor, then the Zilla controllers look attractive:

I don't necessarily care for brushed motors, but Hi-Torque Electric sure is getting great results in vehicles like the Killacycle, and they're by far and away the predominant technology for home-brew EV due their their far lower complexity.
