They are suppose to announcing something about Musti coming up soon, but I don't think this is it. There is thought that they might announce the production of the ME412. It is probably some concept, that would fill in the "What's Coming Next at the Chrysler Group". I can't shake the notion though, those are some big names that are suppose to be there.

Now that I think about it, they might announce the AWD 300s and Magnums and the 5sp V6 autos in those cars.

The next things up from Chrysler if memory serves me (in no particular order):
* Ram SRT-10 4 door
* Viper coupe
* Restyled PT Cruiser (new nose tail & interior)
* Dodge Charger

Could be any one of those.

Juergen Hubbert is head of Mercedes Benz operations, completely independent of Chrysler.

McLaren is working with Mercedes Benz on the project, not Chrysler.

Chrysler division is not part of this and will not recieve any "fall through" from the project.

Sorry.

With the 6.1 Hemi putting out just about 400 horses, I think the Charger SRT will be plenty quick... without the stratospheric prices a McLaren tune would bring.

The QC SRT-10 and Viper coupe is suppose to debut at the Viper meet in Sept. I don't think it will be the Charger, maybe they will release the 6.1 specs.
