actually they just say B segment car, I assume this has to be the Spark and so does whom ever is in charge of selecting the picture for articles at autoblog.

Even though it is nothing I would want to drive, it is good to see some manufacturing being done in the USA and Michigan again. :

The Spark is an A segment car. So it's likely going to be the Aveo replacement rumored to be called "Viva." I really hope they don't call it "Viva" because not only is it dumb, but it sounds like a reactionary derivative of its natural competitor - Fiesta.

Glad to see it. We need to stop outsourcing everything in our country. Although I wonder how much of the car is built outside the US and imported to assemble here

It is expected to, but that depends on gas prices. At $4 demand will probably be strong enough, at $1.75 probably not. The odds are we will see higher gas prices as the economy recovers.

No, Chevy Fiesta. This is not an A class car being discussed. It's about the same size as the current Aveo - not a micro car like the Smart. Despite the family resemblance between the two, the Spark and "Viva" or no more the same car than the Malibu and Cruze are.
