The truck thing was a side conversation...calm down I really think Ford sales are going to pick up very well next year. They have many new vehicles coming with things people want. Not just Ford, but Mercury also. I think Mercury is going to start doing much better over the next 5 years and we could see some real rivalry between them and Buick.

Anyone have the sales numbers on the Aveo? I thought the little skunkbox wouldnt sell at all yet they are ALL OVER Orlando and when I flew to Baltimore two months ago, they were everywhere there too. Seems more than a few people tend to like it. I guess a low price tag and possible rebates make the thing a rolling low car payment.

That is a pretty cool article though. Would be nice to Chevy take at least one year away from Ford in sales. I have a feeling next year wont be the same, as the '05 Mustang seems to be Ford's leading blocker to the title.

Same could be said for GM / Pontiac / Cadillac

I just hope between the two of them they can put out the smoke screen rags and the general public see about imports.

True, so very true. I like imports and they've been kind to me with little to no problems, but I truly would like to see Ford and GM abolish the "domestic = crap" perception.
