Check out this letter i got from Pontiac.

Yesterday i emailed Pontiac after reading all the RWD stuff. Basically Just your I hope you keep the Firebird name in mind when these products come out.

I found this interesting and odd.

Um.... isn't that word for word what Chevrolet sent out on inquiries on the Camaro concept earlier this year?

Nonetheless, it is intriguing.

People who deal with info requests like this typically have no knowledge of upcoming products, they ONLY know what they are told to say. It is a big office full of people who are trained to reply using (obviously) scripted responses depending on the request given to them. Sometimes, it is completely automated.

They know of no secrets or anything like that and are usually not given any "inside info" to drop hints at. Sorry, but there are no lines to read between.
