the Charger they SHOULD have made

ok, i got sick of the 4 door, so i photoshopped it with 2 doors. first one is an RX8 style suicide door, second is the true 2 door.

Can you lengthen the hood/front end and make the headlights flatter on the top instead of weirdly angled in?

I think that these prove that the biggers problem isn't the 4 doors vs. 2 doors. It's the 300/Magnum A-piller and like of sporty styling.

Dear Lord! Remember that this thing has a 120 inch wheelbase! Those would have to be the longest doors ever unless they shortened the car by several inches...

Besides, Z28x got it right. The main problem here is not the number of doors...

Still nasty...I agree--it's not the number of doors.

Agreed. They need to just start over.

This new Charger is hideous, even with 2 doors

The issue isn't how many doors it has, it's that it doesn't look like the Charger concept of '99 that Chrysler unwisely paraded around prior to announcing Charger's return.

If they left the concept in the garage after the '99 season, the public would have forgotten it and would be glad the Charger didn't look like this concept that they brought out in 2001.

Yes, it was an actual preview (minus the door ribs). Yes, they actually considered those A pillars.

Actually, I think it DOES look much like the Hemi Super 8 concept, at least in overall shape/attitude (being LX-based and all). The A-pillars aren't lame like the concept, but it still carries a similar overal ambience to me. Which is the whole problem, of course.

With the success of the Magnum stationwagon, you'd think they'd be happy to call it a Magnum sedan...which it is of course.....

I wonder why it doesn't even come with the fender flares of the Magnum? Makes it look like a rental car....

I think it looks more like the Dodge Avenger concept car than that one.

The Dodge Avenger was a sport compact right? Then why does that look like a small SUV
