the Charger they SHOULD have made
Re: the Charger they SHOULD have made
Dear Lord! Remember that this thing has a 120 inch wheelbase! Those would have to be the longest doors ever unless they shortened the car by several inches...
Besides, Z28x got it right. The main problem here is not the number of doors...

If they left the concept in the garage after the '99 season, the public would have forgotten it and would be glad the Charger didn't look like this concept that they brought out in 2001.
Yes, it was an actual preview (minus the door ribs). Yes, they actually considered those A pillars.

You should have prepared me for what that link went to. Now I have to clean up all this puke on my keybord.

Actually, I think it DOES look much like the Hemi Super 8 concept, at least in overall shape/attitude (being LX-based and all). The A-pillars aren't lame like the concept, but it still carries a similar overal ambience to me. Which is the whole problem, of course.

With the success of the Magnum stationwagon, you'd think they'd be happy to call it a Magnum sedan...which it is of course.....
I wonder why it doesn't even come with the fender flares of the Magnum? Makes it look like a rental car....

I think it looks more like the Dodge Avenger concept car than that one.
