Here is my design concept that I have been working on.

Just to explain a few things: The design is of the Z28 and is to be placed in the lineup similar to the original Z28's. It will marketed as a factory racer with many heavy duty parts (I won't go into it). It has blacked out appearence items like a blacked-out mesh grill(not fully rendered), smoked projector head lamp covers, black powder coated wheels and a blacked-out rear section between the tail lights. It has Camaro design cues as well as some new ones. In the pic, the front looks a little too much like a third gen but the proportions are much different. I have done a 1/16 scale clay study model and it looks more modern.

I think it looks really good.. GOOD WORK.

I just fele that the car need to have a different rear end with respect to the taillamps.. all in all a very nice concept.

Looks great. Has a lot of 3rd gen influences in the front, and since that is my favorite gen it gets my stamp of approval.

I don't know if you can see it, but there are round lights within the tail light shape, so when they light up, you will see dual circles on eash side. I didn't do full on circle tail lights because that is such a strong Corvette styling element and the Cobalt has them and I didn't want to go overboard.

 

There are definatly some cues in your concept I'd like to see used. I dont like the hood though.
