Very nice, although there is waay too much front and rear overhang. The car would be too big again. Tighten it up a bit, and it'll look great.

The whole retro thing doesn't exactly do it for me.
Really, I'd rather just have a 1st Gen Camaro than something that kinda looked like one.

Well if you dont like that one you probably wont like the next one I'm gonna do. It will still be retro except I'm gonna make the fenders more like the SS concept, and try different tailights, some that look like first gen and fourth gen tailights, you cant tell in those pictures but the back of it looks almost just like a fourth gen, youlll see in the new pix, I'm gonna try some round ones like the SS, and I'm doin a Firebird to. From what I have done so far its alot better than what you see up there, I think. Things will be different all around but still enuff the same for what I'm trying to do, which is RETRO! I'm gonna make some pictures where there is a trunk, and a hatchback and they will be open so you can see what it would look like. I even thought about trying something weird and off the wall look wise, just depends on how much time I have. I have a '67 rs Camaro so thats why I do retro, if I had a 2nd 3rd or 4th gen then I would do one of those, but 1st gens are my favorite. Also for the t-top guys I'm gonna try to throw those in there aswell, and whatever else I can think of.

I wish someone would do a drawing with realistic wheels on it. I don't think GM is gonna put 22" wheels on any of their cars anytime soon, and it drastically changes the looks of a car.

Of the winners submissions, this one is my favorite

The others are trying too hard to be a retro 69 Camaro. Its still retro, but not as obvious.

Thats good that you like 1st Gens and all, I think they're cool myself, but the retro stuff is just ridiculous. How about making a concept that blends all the Gens in some way. (except the 4th!! ) I honestly don't think the 5th Gen should look like just 1 Gen, but have cues from all with some new style. Make something progressive.

While I would like to see some1 do a Third Gen based concept, if they were to make the 5th a "retro" Third Gen, I wouldn't like it because it takes away from the exclusiveness/originality of the originals. Like people say, theres nothing like the real thing, and you can just go buy the Gen you like and have the real thing instead of some new "version."

Alright fellas how bout this, I will try to come up with something that represents all gens, I dont know how I'll do that but I'll start thinkin about it, and I'll show it with the other ones I'm doin once thery're all finished, but its gonna be a while before I have time to start that so dont be expecting it anytime soon cuz I have to much other stuffgoing right now to start something else new. I really think the new stuff I'm workin on will be better received than my old stuff, even if you dont like retro I think you'll like the new stuff I'm workin on, it has cues from of course the first gens, fourth gens, maybe even a little 2nd gen and even Ferraris and Vipers. My personal feelings about a progressive 3rd gen is that that is what a 4th gen is, if you look at the 3rd and 4th side by side you see they're pretty much the same, ones just curvy the others boxy,so I dont think there could be an evolved 3rd gen cuz that was the 4th gen. Maybe thats just me but thats what I think.

Nah, a Third-like concept could be done, the Third and 4ths don't look much alike at all. IMO just blend all Gens, use the Third Gen fender flares and stance, 1st Gen quarter panels, 2nd Gen spoiler maybe, 4th SS hood scoop, etc., and see what you come up with, and obviously change a few things here and there.
